Request deletion of your data

Send an email to admin@phukettravel.co.th with the subject “PhuketTravel-WA data deletion request”. The button above prepares this email for you.

Include in your email:

• the WhatsApp number you wrote to us from, with the country code;
• the approximate date of your enquiry;
• whether the request covers all enquiry data we hold about you, or particular messages or records.

Our staff may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the request relates to your own data, for example by replying to the WhatsApp number concerned. We will not ask for passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or identity documents, so please do not send them.

The request covers the records held by our private receiver and the associated Grok Bot inputs, reply drafts and any stored context relating to your enquiry. Some of that data is held by our service providers, so we may need their assistance to complete the deletion.

We will confirm by email what has been deleted. If any record must be kept under a legal requirement, or if part of the deletion cannot be completed, we will explain what remains and why.
