The terms for using our website and WhatsApp enquiry service.

This website and the PhuketTravel-WA integration are operated by PHUKET TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED, known as Phuket Travel Co., Ltd., a travel company registered in Thailand and licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (licence 34/00991). We arrange golf bookings, tours and airport transfers.

These terms cover your use of this website, including its booking payment pages, and the assistance we provide when you contact us on WhatsApp. You can reach us at admin@phukettravel.co.th.

When you send us a WhatsApp enquiry, our staff handle it. To help them respond, we use PhuketTravel-WA, an integration that passes incoming text messages to a private receiver and to a Grok Bot routine that prepares a suggested reply. Staff review the suggestion, check the details and decide what to send. The integration never sends a reply to you by itself.

At present this automated step is being tested with a dedicated test number provided by Meta. Connecting our public business number is planned and has not yet happened. Enquiries to our public number are handled by staff in the usual way.

A reply draft, a preliminary suggestion or a first reply from our staff is the start of a conversation. It does not by itself confirm a price, availability, a tee time, a booking or a payment. A booking is confirmed only when our staff tell you so in writing, and prices and availability may change until then.

When you make a booking or pay through this website, the booking-specific terms shown to you during that process apply to that transaction. Those terms continue to govern the booking, and nothing on this page replaces them. If this page and the booking-specific terms differ, the booking-specific terms apply to that booking.

Please give accurate information in your enquiries, such as names, dates and group size, and tell us if something changes. If you share another person's information with us, for example the names of others in your group, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

You agree not to use the website or the enquiry service to:

• do anything unlawful;
• impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent who you are;
• send spam, bulk or automated messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, probe or overload the website, our receiver or the services connected to them;
• interfere with other people's use of the service.

We may decline to respond to enquiries that breach these terms.

The website and the enquiry service depend partly on providers we do not control, including WhatsApp and Meta for messaging, DigitalOcean for hosting and the AI draft service. Those services may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn, and we may pause or change our own integration at any time. We do not promise that the website or the enquiry service will be available without interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects an enquiry or booking that is under way, we will tell you through the channel you used to contact us, such as WhatsApp or email.
